Obverse IV1 - Slightly doubled and tripled some left stars, front of LIBERTY band and hair and E PL-RIB towards rim.
Reverse D2a– Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle’s left wing and body. Slight doubling on ERICA and LAR. Later die state has pitted die from rust spots around LL in DOLLAR and UN in UNITED. (Formerly VAM-3G.)
Die marker - Small x shaped die scratch between seventh and eighth outer wing feathers from bottom of eagle's right wing.
Comments:
1. Specimens without the pitting are EDS for registry listing.
