1904-O VAM-29 Doubled 19, Doubled Reverse Legend

Discovered by Marc Serafine, January 2002. Revised 2010. Revised 2017

Obverse III2 2– Doubled 19 in date. 1 doubled below upper crossbar and slightly at bottom. 9 doubled strongly at bottom outside.
2017 Revision - (Slightly doubled profile from hairline down to chin.) Polished die with diagonal die clash line from jaw and clashed G next to neck removed except for faint ticks. Faint slightly doubled liberty head profile from hair to chin with faint counter clash above upper lip.
Reverse C4j: Hub doubling of VAM 28 but different die. III O mint mark centered and slightly high.
Die marker - Diagonal polishing line in eagle's wing-neck gap.
2017 Revision - No die clash marks on reverse
