Obverse III21 -
Die marker - some diagonal polishing lines at right of top hair curl on forehead.
Reverse C3j - Slightly doubled wreath at top and left inside and lower edge of bottom arrow feather and shaft. O mint mark at normal height and upright.
Die marker - short diagonal die scratch at eagle's left wing bottom and leg.
