Obverse III21– Strongly clashed die with partial incuse G of God from reverse showing next to Liberty head neck, partial incuse t of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge and partial incuse O of O mint mark from reverse showing above right wheat leaf. Weak horizontal line below I in PLURIBUS from top of D in DOLLAR from reverse. Weak curved line next to cap below first U in UNUM from top of R in DOLLAR from reverse. Radial die crack between BU in PLURIBUS with displaced field break.
Reverse C3a– Strongly clashed die with full raised E below eagle’s tail feathers on left side and partial raised B left of E and tip of R to right of E from obverse LIBERTY. Late clashed die states show double clashed E. Also shows raised designer’s initial M from obverse between d and W of God We. Centered circular medium III O mint mark set very slightly high. Radial die crack at O in OF from rim down thru ru in Trust with displaced field break.
