Obverse III222– Eye doubled on front and eyelash doubled at front point. Double back of nostril, hair below ear and designer’s initial M. Slightly doubled LIBERTY to right.

  1. The 1885-P VAM-24 was a twofer discovery along with the 1885-P VAM-24A which is the plated discovery coin. The later die states that are clashed with no transfer are 1885-P VAM-24. The clashed episode with both transfer and alligator are 1885-P VAM-24A.
