37A (revised) II 41 * B2y (Double UNUM, Engraved Wing Feathers, S/S Left, Beveled Dies) (184) I-3 R-5
Obverse II 41 – Beveled field at denticles at 1-2 right stars from possible feed finger damage on one side between both dies.
Reverse B2y – Beveled field at denticles at S-OF from possible feed finger damage on one side. Shallow vertical die gouge left of left S in STATES of EDS from feed fingers.

The scratch in Denticles is not seen on the EDS example. CLM, October 21013
Crack by 8 too minor to list
In a revision of his description of this VAM, Leroy Van Allen noted in October 2013 that there was a shallow vertical die gouge left of the left S in STATES on the reverse of the coin. He indicated this would be seen on EDS examples of the VAM 37A.
A line at the base of the denticles from the date to the third right star on the obverse, as shown in the photo below and on the full image is a good pick-up point for the coin. CLM, October 2013.
