Anybody interested in pooling money and buying 80 or 160 acres of marginal land in Saskatchewan Canada?

I think there is quite a number of people who are saving their paper money and/or are stacking silver (real money) in the hopes of eventually cashing out and purchasing land. For those Americans who are short of cash (Saskatchewan quarters start around $160,000 CAN), consider pooling your resources and building an off-grid cabin that you may share. Farm land mortgages require 1/3rd down, so land may be purchased by a small group of people with a low initial cash infusion. Time may be short, too short for individuals to accomplish a purchase on their own, and laws may be changed at any moment to allow foreigners to purchase the farm land, which will drive the price of Saskatchewan lands much higher. A quarter section in Canada shared, even when left undeveloped, is a form of life insurance. Lands left undeveloped, and grass lands left unharvested and unforaged, results in a bloom of birds, amphibians and other animals, which would be a nice setting for your shared off-grid cabin.
