O/T Deer
Re: O/T Deer
OOPS, Still having trouble sharing photos. The only way I got this one in was by using a friends I phone. When I try to use my laptop, it gives my an error message saying, in layman's terms, that my photo is too big. This is the only time in my life that I've been penalized for "too big" lol. Anyway, I've got this 8 pt, a 6 pt, a 4 pt, and a spike feeding in my yard this season, as well as several does. I caught this 8 pt on a trail cam outside my office window. Before anyone cries foul, my wife does not allow shooting the "yard deer". Notice this deer's head right by my a/c unit. So let's see some other pics and stories. I'll keep experimenting with photos.

Neat Walt. I've never hunted. Always wanted to. I guess I should go big with my first though like an Alaskan moose if I ever make it up that way.
About your photo posting troubles, I'm clueless. It's so extreemly easy and I have no idea what you even did to get a photo to show like that.

Hey Chris, When I tried to post pictures on my Dell laptop, I got an error message stating that my photos were too large for the area provided. So my stepson used his I Phone to log in to my VW account, and it worked on the first try, except for the crappy pic. That is probably the fault of the trail camera. So what I've got to do is figure out how to match my photo size to the posting area. My stepson is a computer whiz, and he was pulling his hair out last night. Rest assured, if he can't do it, my dumb ass sure can't do it.

Hey Walt, download one of the free photo editing programs (apps to the youngsters). I use paint.net. You can then adjust the size of your pics to fit the VW parameters.
I go totally NUTS for WOW! VAMs!! Or is that from WOW! VAMs?

The native software automatically adjusts pics to fit the 2.0 parameters I believe. Not sure how he posted a thumbnail though.impairedsquirrel wrote: ↑Fri Dec 28, 2018 2:52 amHey Walt, download one of the free photo editing programs (apps to the youngsters). I use paint.net.
