Grade this. Top 100 Details?

Post by Bigbub » Wed Feb 10, 2021 7:29 pm

 When I saw this on eBay, I just had to have it.
I know I know, it's a travesty but instead of crying when I saw what it really was, I burst out laughing and hit the buy it now button. Pretty sure its unique.

Pretty cool... if the could fit it in a holder, would it say "bent"? I got one of my favorite date last year from my son for my birthday. I should look and see if I can VAM it.

A fitting purchase. It's also good reassurance that it was made from an actual coin and not just a Chinese mass-produced "coin" ring.

I checked my 1891 o - normal date, normal mm... no die cracks to ID by (VAM 1) . Prior to getting it, I offered to send a guy my own coin to have one made but got turned down by the maker. Maybe he was using counterfeits. I was going to send a lower grade E clash.

Top 100 Vam! But not too popular of a variety. Cool ring, I’d buy it!
