PCGS customer service
Hi, does anyone have a easy way to contact PCGS customer service?
They mis-attributed a coin I sent in and the wait time for customer service on the
phone is over 2 hours.... I also used the option to be called back for
2 days in a row... When the call came in there was no one on the line.
What a joke.

today they finally entered my order into the system after it was mailed back to them two weeks ago. still no other email responses.

I just sent out a package to Pcgs on Monday and will report back to how long it takes to Log in and get graded , just as a FYI to this discussion . Mine where all
crossovers and Express Service , but we know that doesn't mean Jack to PCGS . LOL !

Just as a matter of perspective: Do any of you also submit to PSA (sports cards, etc.)?
Since the Covid-19 situation began, submissions to PSA have -- to put it incredibly mildly -- increased spectacularly. The last time PSA volunteered status information, the backlog of incoming cards was 1.5 million or more. Heaven only knows where the mountain of packages is piling up.
Log-in time for submissions is being measured in months, and people reporting their grade results are seeing turnaround times of 6-8 months.
So if you think things are slow at PCGS, it's nothing compared to PSA.

I wonder if COVID is giving a lot of people home time to catch up on things and flooding them with individual backlogs?

I think so, too, and at the same time that COVID has probably reduced their capacity. VSS has not been flooded with backlogs and is answering customer service inquiries promptly. Just sayin'.

Well PCGS got my order logged in , from me shipping it to them getting it logged in was 5 days , But its express service and we shall see how long it takes
for the crossover / Gold Shield /Attribution . Just reporting the time lines on this .

Submitted 2 orders: Economy - 19 coins (scored an 1887/6 in 64) and Economy crossover - 10 coins.
Received by PCGS: 9/10
Grades revealed: 11/6

Pcgs is butied because ngc has taken to badly undergradung dollars and this has led to a flood of dollar submissions at pcgs. Be prepared for long delays. I know covid has kep lots of csr folks at home too.
