Congrats David. I have had a saying for a while, which I have shared before. "Interesting why the VAM listings have to expand before they contract". Or, to put it another way, why do the VAMs that get eventually de-listed, get listed in the first place? Hope all is well for everyone.

Great work David !! Duplicate VAM listings need to be eliminated. Revisions add important die markers for improved die stage identification.

I have updated the SSDC registry to reflect this outstanding job!

Thank you Fogie!

I encourage and challenge all VAMmers to be diligent about looking for duplicate listings, and getting them killed, to try to "clean up" the Registry.

good work. it is work to kill duplicate listings. it's hard enough to get stuff listed in the first place but delisting is even harder.

David,
The 24 1A & 1A2 explain the description if you don't mine. You stated the break occurred before the gouge. The description should read the 1A is just with the break? 1A2 with the break & gouge?

maybe what we need is a picture of a 1924 v1a without the die gouge that shows the die break.
