This is the kind of coin that can be tough to accurately grade from pics but im getting strong 55/58 vibes. The color makes you think BU but that belies the muted luster and slightly rounded/worn edges of the bag marks. Aside anything that could kill it we arent seeing in the pics I'd bet on 58 if it straights going off of pivs alone.

The staple scratch from ear through chin to rim *could* detail it. It's not deep but it is looong. If the light hits it in any way when twirling, even with it being shallow, I would personally kill it. Scratches like that are at the discretion of the grader tho. Any deeper and I'd say it'd be a definite killer. The sheer length doesn't play in your favor tho. If the light doesn't reflect a long line in your face for an instant when twirling it tho, there's a chace it might not be an instant kill, especially with it being AU and also how it appears to be interruped and not one continuous line.. Only one way to find out tho
