help with vam 1882p

has the extra metal in the 2 and file lines inside of the ear--what vam could this be----thanks-

I'll comment.
There are 2 other listed varieties with the lines in TY and 1 listing that has the eye scratch.
Keep looking Dennis, this listing will clean up some confusion...
