VAMWorld 2.0

Evening all, Maybe I'm looking too hard at this coin but I see all kinds of things going on with it but could not find a matching VAM.

Hair by designers initials is partly missing, stars twisted and missing points, it just looks off to me for the condition. Weight and magnet tested.

Does anyone recognize what this coin could be or am I just overthinking it? I've tried to turn down the questions while I researched and learned more about VAMs but this one is perplexing me.

For 1882, start with the date. Many have doubling on the digits. There's not much else going on for that issue.

Try VAM 24.

I've still been unable to match it to any existing VAM. I'll get some closer pictures of the date for you guys. Thank you for the suggestions thus far.
