New VOTW is up...

Hey guys, so I chose this one because I saw the coin pictured on the homepage at the last Buena Park show. My initial thought was that I need to buy this because maybe, just maybe, I found a new contemporary counterfeit. Well, once I nailed her down and saw a single line on the v13A page I at least knew I was on the right track and didn't feel as bad.

I love the look of the one I picked up that you see on the homepage but this reverse must look spectacular in BU

Anyway, enjoy and go try to pick yourself an authentic Morgan that looks like a friggin cointefit!

Chris - Superb choice for VOTW - Genuine coins with major die issues certainly look counterfeit occasionally.
I like to call this type of coin that creates such an illusion "Chimaera".

Picked one of these last year. It now resides in an ANACS AU 50 holder. I like it as the VOTW.
