What did these 2 coins grade? (revealed)

Both are in PCGS holders.
Both are straight-graded.
Have fun! :D

Both coins are graded Good-04. I agree the counterfeit 1900-O looks like a Good-06.
Thanks everyone who played

Re: 1878 VAM 85 question

Both VAM 85 and 86 are crazy rare and very expensive. Since 2011 I have just two 85s in my sales database and just three 86s.

There's really no collector premium for that VAM, so look at Greysheet for your answer.

Re: 1900-O V22C1

They don't seem to be common at all, at least based upon how often they are sold as VAM 22C1. Here is all I have in my database:
1900-O 22C1 35 raw Feb-09 E $188
1900-O 22C1 15 raw Jan-16 E $54
1900-O 22C1 10 ICG Mar-17 E $88
1900-O 22C1 4 raw May-19 E $64

Skip the details coins when you can. There are times when you can't, but this is not one of them.

PCGS was surprisingly fast!

I was surprised – and very happy – with how quickly my first order went with PCGS after it reopened from its Covid-19 shutdown. I was expecting a monumentally slow backlog, but what I got was much nicer: – 3 PCGS coins needing attributions mailed via Registered on April 24. – Coins arrived April 30....

Re: 1921-P Morgan VAM-1BJ

Very, very few 1921-Ps bring a premium and even fewer deserve to, despite what numerous eBay sellers think and continually try. (I am an avid 1921-P collector and I constantly laugh at their listings and then move on.) Demand for 1921-Ps in general is terrible (there are just too many of them around...
