Re: 1891 o

My 2nd example of the gouge in denticles left of date arrived, both coins also have filled denticles from the 2nd 1 in the date over to the 2nd right star. Not listable due to not reaching the field, but an easy PUP which helped me find this example.

Re: 1921 vam 3BV

Just an opinion, but if you compare the 2 larger photos of the scribbles on the VAM 3BV page, you will see that some of the scribbles have faded / disappeared on the second (lower photo) example. I would say if your coin has all the other features, it is likely 3BV, but a later, more worn die state ...

Nice to see a few familiar faces from when I attended FUN a few years back. Good luck with the pickin' and thanks for keeping those of us that couldn't be there updated.

Re: Hav'n FUN (Live)

Thanks for the great photos Kenny. Looking forward to seeing more from the show. Reminds me of being overwhelmed by the immensity of it when I was able to attend a few years back.

Re: 1891 Slanted Date, 6B?

It does look like the 6b to me - the right denticle triangle is mostly hidden by the PMD, the left denticle triangle is prominent to the left of the PMD, midway from the PMD to the wing edge.

Re: 1922-P VAM-2A "Earring"... Need Grade Opinions...

Going off the seller's photos (eBay item number:382642097566) , I am leaning to MS 60, but possibly AU 58. Still, a nice listing to come across....

Re: 1891-O VAM-1A2/3... How to tell which I have?...

The original coin in this thread appears to be a LDS of VAM 1a1. It has the gouge under the R in trust and also the beveled rim above PLURIBUS which is mentioned in the VAM 1a2 listing (incorrectly)The EDS of VAM 1a1 has neither the beveling nor the gouge under the R. Both of those occur in the LDS ...
