Hello, My name is Brion and I was born and raised in Hawaii. When I "stumbled" across "VAMworld" and discovered that the oddity Silver Dollars that I've Been collecting for years were indeed considered "VAMs" it got me hooked and now I am addicted for life and will always be a VAM collector. Now the Search goes on.... VAMs are my addiction!

My Discoveries:

1887-P VAM-31 - http://www.vamworld.com/1887-P+VAM-31

My Revisions:

1891-P VAM-6 - http://www.vamworld.com/1891-P+VAM-6

I am Not the type of person that pursues "New Discoveries" and I an Not a person looking for recognition and/or fame (especially within the coin world), but I am the type of person that enjoys the challenge of searching and finding rare and scarce VAMs and investigating every potential rarity. I pursue and chase after known VAMs and try not to drift into Discoveries, but on occasions it does happen with New possibilities and I tend to share the information and/or details of the coin. I heavily enjoy searching and cherry-picking coins that are already known to exist and my passion for coin collecting and VAMs falls into that criteria and I tend to excel at finding certain rarities.

A couple weeks after becoming a VAM collector I made my first real "cherry-pick"... an AU-55/58 *raw 1887-P VAM-1A "Donkey Tail" die break for only $20.... Now I am hooked and I am going to be a VAM collector for Life and beyond. In 2011, I was able to accomplish a great feat, I cherry-picked TWO 1887 vam-1B's, but my Cherry-picking continues to accelerate and advance.....

Currently I have Cherry-Picked a total of (15) 1887 VAM-1B's

1st v1B Cherry-Pick ended up grading ANACS VF-35
2nd v1B Cherry-Pick ended up grading ANACS VF-30
3rd v1B Cherry-Pick ended up grading ANACS VF-25
4th v1B Cherry-Pick was Cleaned/wizzed/polished/and artificially toned (Never Graded)

An additional 11 VAM-1B's Cherry-picked in 2015 (shown below) for a Total of 15 v1B's cherrypicked to date:
