VAM of the Week: 1880-P VAM-25B Vs. 1880-P VAM-25C

When the 1880-P VAM-25B was discovered in 2010 there was a collective "OMG!!" that echoed through the VAM community and the hunt started

for more examples. Six years later none have been found! However, while searching for a 25B (to fill a hole in my WOW! VAMs set) I was lucky enough to
come across what became VAM-25C. The 25C clashing, while impressive, appeared to not be as strong as the 25B's. I thought there was something a bit "off" about
that discovery coin, like the clashing was worn off more than it should have been for a slider. Then earlier this year the BEAUTY on the right below showed up!
What's most incredible about this story is that one pair of dies could go through TWO VERY IMPRESSIVE clash episodes and live to tell the story
(and this isn't even the whole story of these dies!!). Needless to say, both the 25B (left) and the 25C (right) are now included in the WOW! set.
The question that begs to be asked, though, is: Which is TRULY the more impressive clash?!? Regardless, any 1880-P found with this level of
clashing should be scooped up IMMEDIATELY... lots of time to figure out which prize you recieved when you get it home!!
