This coin is a
) IV 21 · D1a (Infrequently Reeded, Tripled Neck, Scribbling Die Scratches) (157) I-3 R-4
Obverse IV 21-
Slightly tripled neck, doubled chin and upper lip. All left stars, 92, E-PL and front of hair slightly doubled towards rim. All right stars and bottom edge of hair very slightly tripled towards rim.
IR variety 4 with vertical die polishing lines thru cap ribbon.
Reverse D1a -
Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body.
Die marker -
heavy vertical die polishing line between second and third lower inner wing feather of eagle’s left wing.
