4A III21 · C4b (High S, Die Breaks Lower Hair) (189) I-2 R-6
Obverse III21– Two horizontal die cracks in Liberty head lower hair extending to right up behind Phrygian cap with small breaks in hair above 1 and first right star and another small break in hair above second right star.
Reverse C4b - Two tiny die chips on right side of third leaf luster from top of right wreath.
