Obverse III2 18– Small die chip at back of Phrygian cap near right tip of upper leaf of lower cotton of lower cotton leaf cluster.
Note: Occurs with rotated reverse of 20 degrees CCW.

Comments: *Questionable listing* this obverse has not been positively identified without the die chip.
