Obverse III2 7 Doubled 187 in date. 1 slightly tripled below upper crossbar. 8 doubled at lower right outside of lower loop and slightly at top inside of upper loop. 7 doubled on right side and slightly at bottom of crossbar. All left stars slightly tripled to sextupled towards rim. 1-3 right stars slightly doubled towards rim. Lower hair over polished.
Reverse C3b Normal die of C3 type with large IV O centered mint mark.

Comments:
1- This obverse shared with VAM-12 and VAM-20.
2- The doubling on the date and the over polished intial and 'bear claw.'
