Die Combo 1– 103 Die 1 Obverse not concave, earliest die state, die scratch end of Phrygian cap ribbon. Fourth right star broken. Reverse– Die marker: Double vertical polishing lines in middle of eagle’s left wing. Reeding 185. R in Trust not broken.
Die Combo 2– 103 Die 2 Obverse not concave, die scratch end of cap ribbon. Fourth right star broken. Reverse– Die marker: Strong die polishing line in top middle of eagle’s left wing. Reeding 181. R in Trust not broken.
Die Combo 3– 103 Die 3 Obverse not concave, die scratch end of cap ribbon. Fourth right star broken. Reverse–Die markers: Raised dot on fourth feather from bottom of eagle’s left wing with line above and two lines below it, gouge in eagle’s mouth and diagonal line at left side on tail feathers between eagle’s legs. Earlier die state than VAM 49 without engraved wing feather. Interest Factor 3 because of VAM 49 association. Other die combos I-2. Reeding 181. R in Trust not broken.
Die Combo 4– 103 Die 4 Obverse polished and slightly concave with die scratch at end of cap ribbon removed. Some have diagonal die clash line at neck. Fourth right star broken. Reverse– Die marker: Short double horizontal polishing lines at top inside of eagle’s right leg. Slight doubling of bottom inside of ITED. Reeding 184. R in Trust not broken.
Die Combo 5 - 103 Die 5 Obverse not concave,die scratch end of cap ribbon. Fourth right star broken. Reverse-Later die state of Die Combo 1 reverse but has heavy broad die gouges in outer leaves of second and third leaf clusters from bottom of right wreath plus die gouge on left side of M in AMERICA. (Also VAM 1E)

Comments:
1. Die combo 5 seems to make this obverse paired with up to 9 rev dies
2. Occurs with rotated reverse of 70 degrees CW for Die #3.
