228A II 2 • C3a (Die Gouge Cotton Bolls & Front Wheat Leaf) (176) I-3 R-6
Obverse II 2 – Vertical die gouge at base of left boll and long thin die scratch from left side of left boll to right of Y in LIBERTY. Thick die gouge above LI in LIBERTY thru front wheat leaf. Same die as for VAM-222B with point broken on fourth right star.
Reverse C3a Normal die.
