Obverse II 2- Broken point of fourth right star. Polishing line transects both cotton leaves.
Die marker - Long vertical polishing lines from bottom of right cotton boll down thru lower two cotton leaves.
Reverse C3b– Same hub doubling but different die.
Die marker - Polishing Line inside wreath bow.
