Discovered by Leroy Van Allen, December 1965. Obverse discovered by Neil Shaffer, November 1964.

Obverse II/I 13 - Slightly doubled LIBERTY (L, I, and B only). Doubled U and R in PLURIBUS, with the R dropped down. Doubled 7 star on left and 1 star on right.
Die markers– Long die scratch from the outer point of the second (counting from the bottom) cotton leaf thru the right side of the lowest cotton leaf that further extends down to the cap band.
